Kearney Residents Directory is privately operated. It links to and describes public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Kearney and Nebraska. It does not host government files and is not affiliated with any office, court, or custodian.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or anything found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud

Nebraska law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Government record access is separately addressed by the Nebraska Public Records Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§84-712 to 84-712.09; that statute governs custodians' records, not this private reference.

If any part of these terms proves unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
